We do not collect payment card details through this website — cleans are paid by bank transfer after the work is done.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To arrange and carry out cleaning you've asked for — to perform our contract with you.
- To keep basic records of work and correspondence — our legitimate interest in running the business and meeting legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. Our website enquiry form is handled on our behalf by our website provider, Beloved Websites, acting as a data processor to deliver your message to us securely. We may use trusted providers (for example email) to communicate with you. We only share data where necessary to respond to you or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, where you become a customer, for as long as we provide services to you plus a reasonable period for our records and legal obligations. We delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
