Blocked gutters, cleared from the ground

Gutter clearing across Tottenham and North & East London using high-reach equipment — no ladders leaning on your walls, no mess left behind.

Get an instant estimate

Gutters only get noticed when they go wrong — and by then it's usually a stain down the wall, water sheeting off the edge of the roof in a downpour, or damp creeping in upstairs. A gutter full of leaves, moss and silt can't do its one job, and the damage it causes costs far more than keeping it clear ever would.

We clear gutters from the ground using a high-reach vacuum, so there's no need to lean ladders against your gutters or walls. It's safer, it's tidier, and it means we can reach runs over conservatories and extensions that a ladder simply can't get to.

What gutter clearing includes

  • Leaves, moss and silt cleared from the guttering
  • Reached from the ground — no ladders against your walls
  • Downpipe tops checked and cleared where accessible
  • Debris removed and the area left tidy
  • A heads-up if we spot a loose bracket or damaged section

How the gutter vacuum works

  1. Inspect the runs

We look over your gutter runs and downpipes so we know where the blockages are before we start.

  2. Vacuum from the ground

Lightweight carbon poles carry a vacuum right up to the gutter, pulling out leaves, moss and silt without anyone leaving the ground.

  3. Clear the downpipe tops

We check that water can run away freely and clear the tops of downpipes where we can reach them.

  4. Tidy up

We bag what comes out and leave your borders and paths as we found them.

What blocked gutters actually cost you

When a gutter overflows, the water has to go somewhere — usually down your wall, into the fascia, or against the base of the house. Over a wet winter that means green-streaked render, rotting timber behind the guttering, and damp patches on inside walls. Clearing gutters before autumn turns to winter is one of the cheapest bits of home maintenance there is, and it heads off some of the most expensive problems a house can develop.

Questions

Gutter Cleaning — your questions answered

How do you reach the gutters without ladders?
We use a high-reach vacuum on carbon poles that extends up to the gutter from ground level. It's safer than ladder work and reaches over conservatories and extensions too.
How often should gutters be cleared?
Once a year suits most homes, ideally in autumn once the leaves are down. Properties under trees can need it twice a year.
How do I know my gutters are blocked?
Common signs are water spilling over the edge in rain, plants growing out of the gutter, streaks down the wall below, or damp appearing on an upstairs wall.
Do you clear the downpipes as well?
We clear the tops of downpipes where we can reach them and check water runs away freely. Fully blocked underground drains are a separate job we'd flag for you.
