How we clean panels safely

1. Check before we touch

   We look over the array and how it's sited so we can clean it without walking on the panels or risking the surface.

2. Soften the soiling

   The baked-on film is loosened gently first, so it lifts away rather than being scrubbed off dry.

3. Soft-brush and rinse

   Panels are cleaned with a soft brush and rinsed with clean water — no detergents that could leave a residue or streak.

4. Left to dry clear

   A final rinse dries without spotting, so nothing is left on the glass to cast shade or attract dirt.

A solar panel only earns its keep when light reaches the cells, and a season's worth of pollen, dust and bird mess can noticeably cut what a system produces without you ever seeing a fault.
